  • 1/4 tsp Herbalife Relaxation Tea
  • 118 mL (1/2 cup) warm skim milk
  • 236 mL (1 cup) cold skim milk
  • 1 Tsp honey
  1. Add warm milk or milk substitute to a glass.
  2. Mix in Herbalife Relaxation Tea and honey until fully and evenly dissolved.
  3. Use a handheld or other frother to create a froth-like consistency for a latte.
  4. Add cold milk or milk substitute and ice to the glass.
  5. Pour warm tea mixture on top of cold milk or milk substitute.
  6. Stir and enjoy!
